Assistant Director
|
|
|
Responsibilities: Assists executive director with general management, including contracts, human resources, budgets, planning, and development.
|
|
|
Requirement Include: Four years experience in administration or management is preferred. A four year college degree with coursework in business or public administration or related field is preferred. Prior managerial responsibilities dealing with supervision of program staff, governmental and private funding sources. Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and resources.

Program Coordinator (Information and Records)
|
|
|
Responsibilities: Supervises daily operations, including administration and information and records services relating to program services. Responsible for interface with program monitors to ensure quality control and client information database. Under supervision of the Manager - Information and Records, coordinates staff and processes associated with client intake, eligibility, outcome reporting, payroll, data entry, and records mainenance. Maintains comprehensive databases, including data capture, information analysis, and report generation.

Requirement Include: Computer proficiency, detail oriented, analytical aptitude, and a minimum of four years of relevant work experience, with previous supervisory responsibility, required. Four-year college degree and workflow coordination experience in an intensive, service-oriented environment are preferred.

Manager, Youth Build Program
|
|
|
Responsibilities: Responsible for managing Youth Build construction and building trades program in a collaborative environment involving subcontractors, union apprenticeship programs, community and faith based organizations. Supervise recruitment, outreach, orientation, assessment, intensive case management and support services for young adults. Must be results oriented and achieve performance outcomes (job placement, apprenticeship or entry into post-secondary education). Some travel required, including use of personal transportation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in related field with four to six years of related management and supervisory experience.
|

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 8:30am-5:00pm, M-F
